Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Experience in this field is an advantage
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Applicants must be amenable to work in Pasig City

Job Responsibilities

  • Validate the monthly cash receipts summary prepared by the Treasury Specialist against issued OR, correctness and prepare journal entries for Logistics
  • Validate the completeness and validity of supporting documents of all liquidations and prepare corresponding journal entries
  • On-time preparation of advances of expenses schedule and ensuring correctness of assignment of accountability
  • On-time preparation of journal entries of all payments to BIR or returns, provided by the Tax Specialist
  • Ensure completeness of supporting of movement of petty cash fund/revolving fund accountability from Treasury Specialist for any claims
