We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist parents and students of the Music School by handling scheduling tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and messenger, booking trial and class schedules with teachers, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as a front desk admin, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Front Desk Admin must be comfortable with computers and general office tasks and good at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, front desk admin should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of the parents and students.

Front Desk Admin Responsibilities:

  • Answering promptly the inquiries and messages of students or parents.
  • Matching the student's preferred schedules with the music teachers.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making music room arrangements.
  • Using computers to generate report and submit payroll.
  • Conduct Marketing activities for FB presence.
  • Greet and assist parents and students.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via mobile, e-mail, viber and FB.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Front Desk Admin Requirements:

  • Minimum K12 in a related field.
  • Hardworking undergraduates are welcome.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can speak English may be preferred.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Preferably living within Taguig/Vista Mall or near the area.
