We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, and a proven track record in financial management. As the Finance Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the finance team.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to financial systems and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information and support organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between the finance team and other business units.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
