•A CPA or relevant certification is preferred
• A Minimum of 3 years experience in Financial management, preferably in a similar industry
•Extensive knowledge of Financial regulations and accounting processes especially in relation to BIR compliance
•Proficiency in Financial software, Xero and Excel is a must
•Excellent analytical skills and Attention to detail
•Strong Communication and Customer Service skills (both verbal and written)
•The ability to work independently and collaboratively across different Time zones
•Native or highly fluent level of spoken in English
