Job Responsibilities:

Oversee department activities and drive process improvements to meet reporting deadlines
Develop and improve department goals and risk management for accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance and manage risks effectively
Provide reliable financial information and analysis to management
Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and handle audits and tax requirements
Support other departments in financial matters
Stay updated on taxation and industry developments
Lead and develop a motivated Finance and Accounting team

Job Qualifications:

A CPA with 15+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial regulations in importing business
Proficiency in accounting systems, budget analysis, and financial forecasting
Experience in consolidated financial accounting and tax accounting
Strong business acumen and leadership skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications.
