Field Calibration Coordinator (CEBU BASED PROJECT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calibrate and repair instruments, meters, and gauges onsite
• Accurately document and maintain calibration and repair records
• Responsible for on-time preparation of calibration certificates
• Prepare measurement and service completion reports
• Assists in maintenance of standard instruments and equipment as per schedule
• Submits billing documents (such as billing report, sales invoices, service completion reports, and affidavits) and performs billing collection.
• Perform all calibration activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and PNS ISO/IEC
  17025:2017 procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all internal communications are properly
  communicated and coordinated with all involved personnel.
• Ensures maintenance activities are in accordance with the planned schedule
  and reporting of such to Department Head.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering or Instrumentation Technology course
• Must be male with good scholastic records, honest and with good communication skills
• With at least two (2) years experience in Calibration, Process Instrumentation, Laboratory Instrument and Metrology will be an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017 and Metrology Standard will be an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word & Excel) as well as the use of smart-phone to coordinate with the head office.
• Based in Cebu
• Willing to work inside our customer's plant located in Mandaue, Cebu area as well as in our Mandaue office when necessary.
