Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Collaboratively develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with the organization's mission and vision. Strategic plans will have to be inspired by data analysis, external audit, programs and impact evaluations, and various feedback;
  • Provide visionary and participative leadership to guide the implementation of the Rehabilitation, Community Development, and Advocacy Programs;
  • Promote the physical, emotional, psychological, and intellectual welfare of the beneficiaries and maintain personal knowledge of their progress and situation in the centers and in the community. Presence in the field will be required.
  • Execute, monitor, evaluate, and ensure the effective implementation of all programs, aiming to achieve optimal impact. Make sure that relevant reporting and result analysis are done;
  • Foster a collaborative and synergetic environment among program, admin and finances managers, coordinators, and staff to ensure program excellence.
  • Represent CAMELEON Association Inc. in diverse settings, cultivating relationships & partnership with stakeholders, partners, and donors, in the Philippines and abroad;
  • Advocate for the organization's cause and maintain a positive presence within the community and the sector.
  • Lead and empower a diverse team of program managers, coordinators, and administrative staff of at least 50 employees and volunteers in three (3) centers;
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes professional development, staff well-being via skills update training, consulting, mental support and sensitivity to the needs of CAMELEON’s target beneficiaries.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting towards major donors in accordance with their standard, ensuring responsible and timely resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with the Admin and Finance team to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with laws and regulations; renewal of licenses and accreditations to operate;
  • Ensure that all internal policies and procedures are properly in-placed and implemented;
  • Ensure risk prevention and management by facilitating internal control and audit.
  • Establish and nurture collaborations with partner organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders on the local, national and international levels;
  • Seek opportunities to expand the organization's network and enhance program effectiveness;
  • Facilitate exchange of expertise & good practices between the Philippine and French team at the sister organization of CAMELEON Association in Paris.
  • Develop and execute in coordination with the donors relation officer fundraising strategies to secure resources and funding for program sustainability and expansion locally and abroad;
  • Cultivate relationships with benefactors, donors, volunteers and supporters from private and public sectors to promote resource mobilization efforts;
  • Responsible for the image of the Association, both internally and externally. Must enhance the CAMELEON’s Brand and assert its identity by implementing a global communication strategy.
