What You’ll Do | Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Google Workspace Management: Leverage Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and more) to efficiently manage executive schedules, create and organize essential documentation, and track recruitment data with precision and ease.
  • Streamline Processes with AI Tools: Harness the power of AI platforms to automate routine tasks, analyze candidate data, and generate actionable insights that drive efficiency and optimize workflows.
  • Recruitment Support: Manage the recruitment pipeline by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining accurate recruitment databases using Google Sheets and AI tools to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts, eliminate process inefficiencies, and overcome recruitment challenges by leveraging Google tools and other digital platforms to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the virtual point of contact for executives and candidates, ensuring seamless and timely communication across all platforms while facilitating smooth interactions and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Manage Executive Documentation: Maintain and organize executive files, contracts, and recruitment-related documents, ensuring they are always current and easily accessible, using Google Drive and Docs for streamlined management and collaboration.
  • Optimize Workflow: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization through technology, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

  • Google Workspace Expert: You possess advanced expertise in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive, enabling you to navigate these tools with ease to effectively manage tasks, analyze data, and streamline workflows.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are adept at leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to automate tasks, analyze data, and optimize your administrative workflow, driving greater efficiency and accuracy in your day-to-day operations.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: You excel at using technology to swiftly and effectively tackle complex scheduling and organizational challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Proven Work Ethic: You are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and consistently produce high-quality results, efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
