POSITION: Documentation Department Head

Full time



· Developer side: Candidates with previous or current work experience working for a top tier developer and is looking for a more senior and expanded role working for a real estate development company

· Banking side: Candidate would have previous work experience working for a top tier bank under the Home Loan Mortgage team and is looking to transition to the developer side

· Candidates looking to start ASAP


· Managerial position to lead the Documentation Team of a Real Estate Development startup company

· Hire and build the Documentation Team as needed

· Annual budgeting for the Documentation Team and executing of the budgeted plan

· Policy and procedure development to ensure efficient documentation operation

· Reporting to senior management to aid the decision process of the company

· Lead the performance review process of the documentation team to ensure targets are met and employee development is achieved

· Ensure that the documentation staff obtains and reviews, through follow-up with clients, up-to-date documentation to support the review and processing of home loan applications

· Build, maintain and update databases; generate established reports in timely manner

· Responsible for a pipeline of home loan applications

· Ensure that the Documentation Team compiles materials for accreditations, renewals, updates and registrations in a timely manner

· Establish and maintain a system for tracking changes in documents submitted to agencies or partners

· Ensure that the documentation team reviews (proof) labeling and label for compliance with regulatory requirements

· Developing and maintaining client relationships at senior management levels

· Delivery of client satisfaction

· Manage expectations and communicate regularly with clients regarding their home loan application through professional phone and/or email communication

· Performing key steps in the home loan assessments process, ensuring a smooth experience and positively impacting client satisfaction

· Proactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from clients

· Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer and gains their trust and respect

· Build and manage high performing teams

· Ensure the best qualified candidate is hired for all roles on the account

· Thoroughly and critically assesses direct reports (and direct subordinates)

· Provide point in time coaching to elevate performance

· Influence others, engage and inspire, proactive collaboration, build talent, communicate effectively and build relationship

· Contribute to the growth of the company

· Bring any leading practices and processes developed to the company

· Participate in establishing procedures, guidelines and forms

· Keep informed of the home loan assessment process and requirements to ensure alignment with company and industry guidelines and best practices

· Participate in or contribute to building global best practices to project level

· Role exposure

· Broaden your competencies in Credit as you review and validate different Credit and legal related documents

· Level up your teamwork and collaboration skills as you coordinate with Account Officers and branches


· Bachelor’s degree in business; financial management or related field

· A comprehensive understanding of financial transactions within the home loan or real estate industry

· Experience in real estate, preferably with knowledge/experience in handling legal or collateral documents for bank loan applications

· Banking experience or working in a similar role within a mortgage/finance industry demonstrating prior knowledge and experience with mortgage assessment processes is required

· Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Filipino. Must have strong interpersonal skills - must be able to communicate well with clients and partner banks

· Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues internally when necessary

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, can handle uncertainty, and is customer focused

· Team player with high level of influence and strong management skills, able and willing to be assertive when necessary. Displays leadership characteristics when developing relationships with customers

· Must be highly organized and detail oriented


· Semi-annual performance bonus
