About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees strategic endeavors in paid advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM while being competent in HubSpot, By putting data-driven strategies into action, the Digital Marketing Manager maximizes brand exposure and interaction. The role will also emphasis ROI while analyzing performance data adds to the overall success of digital marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate (must have requirements):

  • At least 7+ years of digital marketing
  • Must have experience leading a team preferably with managerial experience.
  • Proven success in driving business results through digital campaigns.
  • Expert in planning and optimizing ROI-focused digital advertising.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
  • LinkedIn marketing expertise and online networking savvy.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with scripting, and content creation for diverse audiences.
  • Team management, motivation, and development skills.
  • Excellent project management, detail-oriented, and collaborative communication skills.
  • Employee work set-up will be a work onsite in our office in IT Park, Cebu City

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conceiving and developing content marketing plans
  • Composing and publishing blog entries
  • Examining and regulating comments on blogs
  • Managing the website and social media accounts for the business
  • Overseeing platform engagement for the business
  • Marketing performance analysis and reporting (KPI/ROI)
  • Upkeep of the business's website
  • Building landing pages, subcategories, and a foundational back-end
  • Design and implementation of newsletters and email campaigns
