Deposit Business Specialist

Overview:As a Deposits Business Specialist, you will leverage your analytical and project management skills to address complex business challenges in the deposits area. Your role will involve executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving sustainable growth and achieving business targets.

What you will do:• Support the Head of Liabilities/Deposit to drive execution of deposits strategies to deliver sustainable growth in revenue, balance and core banking customers working across Maya and Partner ecosystems• Help optimize P&L outcomes to ensure the bank’s aspiration inclusive of revenue, profitability & strength of Balance sheet are met.• Work with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance to design products to drive best in class customer experience with strong controls embedded.• Execute on business partnerships to provide optimal customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.• Oversee consumer deposit governance activities to deliver successful integration and/or product changes while operating in an effective control environment.• Ensure relevant and effective control measures are in place at all times to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank while meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation• Facilitate the build and testing of operational processes, systems and reporting capabilities• Work cross functionally across Marketing, Data Science, Liability Analytics, Finance and Commercial & Partnerships to drive Growth, expansion of use cases and optimize the composition of the Deposit book.

What we are looking for:• Has experience in business-product role to scale deposits across all consumer business• Has accountability on driving liability targets, requirements to support bank's balance sheet• Leadership skills, management of timely delivery of all deposit consumer products• Strong communication & collaboration skills. Working in Agile experience a distinct plus• Strong Analytical skills• Commercial Experience in managing consumer deposit is highly preferred
