Be part of our client’s team as a Data Validation Specialist. Validate prospect lists, convert financial data, and input crucial information into CRM software.
Employment type: Full time
Shift: 10 PM-7AM (PH) for 2-week training, then 6 PM-3 AM, (PH)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Impactful Responsibilities: Make a Difference
- Validate prospect lists sourced from platforms like ZoomInfo, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contact information and details.
- Verify contact information through data scraping and conduct regular updates to ensure database integrity.
- Conduct cross-verification by confirming the accuracy of website information with the provided data.
- Convert financial information received from companies in PDF format into Excel sheets for further analysis and manipulation.
- Input crucial data into CRM software (Dealcloud) including company name, revenue, and EBITDA figures.
- Utilize familiarity with Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements in evaluating financial data.
- Allocate 2 days per week for list validation and the remainder of the week for inputting information into the pipeline and preparing financial evaluation templates
- Proficiency in data validation, data entry, and data scraping techniques.
- Strong command of Excel and experience in converting data from PDFs to Excel sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., DealCloud) or similar platforms preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements, particularly P&L Statements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
