Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours
- Available to start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, providing effective solutions within defined timeframes
Establish strong and lasting relationships with customers by maintaining open and interactive communication
Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring satisfaction
Record customer interactions, process accounts, and maintain organized documentation
Adhere to company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
