We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, complaints, order processing, and modifications across different communication channels. The ideal candidate should stay calm in challenging situations and have a good computer background

Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Ability to remain composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
Proficient in computer usage
Previous experience in customer support roles

Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate proficiency
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Gain in-depth knowledge of our products for accurate customer assistance
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with attention to detail
Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with colleagues as needed
Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service efficiency
Ensure overall customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.
