Operating across AU & NZ we do this via an extensive network of experienced contractors positioned locally wherever our jobs need to be undertaken. Our clients are some of ANZ’s largest brands.

Conveniently located in MarQuee Mall this role reports to our Philippine-based Team Leader, who will guide you through onsite training as you learn and gain new skills. We value the hard work our team put in to create an exceptional customer experience, so we want to do the same for you.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer and contractor inquiries in a professional and timely manner through over the phone and via email
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for work requests, problem solution and escalating inquiries to the team leader.
  • Monitor and progress jobs to achieve completion in line with the client requirements.
  • Cooperate with the colleagues and contribute to team spirit.

About you

  • Empathetic and resilient, asking the right questions to understand the customers needs
  • Friendly voice our customer hears
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable in a multi- tasking environment
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • 1-2 years knowledge in a customer service role
  • Experience with Australian clients or customers highly regarded
  • Familiar with Zendesk
