Customer Service and Order processing Representative (WFH)

THIS IS A POSITION THAT REQUIRES FOR YOU TO HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS WORKING FOR AN E-COMMERCE COMPANY WITH SHOPIFY AND ZENDESK/GORGIAS EXPERIENCE.

Please do not apply if you only have experience working for any Telco or any other companies that is not related to E-commerce as we will automatically reject your application.

Experience in creating UPS and FedEx Import labels is an advantage but not required

This is a work from home position, so a stable internet connection, laptop/computer and noise cancelling headset is required.

OutPeak services Inc is looking for a dynamic, prompt, and attentive customer service representative to join our close-knit team. The potential candidate would be required to answer customer inquiries and questions about their orders to ensure customer satisfaction via email, phone and chat and process their orders.

The Company Has 2 Main Divisions

• The first division contains our line of brands that deal with commercial and residential matting product, and manages brands such as Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More, Mat Supplier Group.

Customer Service Responsibilities List

• Manage/respond to emails and phone calls.
• Promote additional products and services.
• Process orders.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Going the “extra mile” to make a customer happy.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Track personal accomplishments with customers and ask for public feedback.
• Shopify experience
• Familiarity with created UPS and FedEx shipping labels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
