Customer Service Resolving customer inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner through mainly email / online chat. Be able to analyze client's complaints and questions, reflect abnormal incidents and offer useful suggestions. Provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back. Respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner while also keeping up with the speed that is expected from a chat and email platform. Be familiar with the websites of our company and be capable of understanding the operation process and promotion activities. Represent and protect the brand ensuring each customer connection is professional and accurate. Work as part of sales/marketing team to drive positive sales and customer approval/ satisfaction rate
Education: Senior High School/ Vocational Diploma/ Short Courses Certificates or Bachelor's College Degree in any field Experience: No experience is required Work experience in BPO is a plus. Technical/ Functional Skills: System savvy and knowledge in MS Office applications Strong customer service skills Average communication skills in writing and speaking English Typing skills should be 30 words per minute Soft Skills: Average communication skills and excellent customer service.
