Creative Agency Staffing Senior Analyst

Your basic skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in an operational role
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert Microsoft suite knowledge - especially Excel
  • Experience / willingness to learn new systems / tools: Workfront experience is a plus
  • Confidence to work independently or in a group, and to collaborate across regions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, the ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

Typical activities


The specific details of Business Operations Senior Analyst’s role do vary, but common activities include:

  • Assist with global Accenture Canvas creative project scheduling process and ensure compliance for smooth project delivery in collaboration with project management and creative team.
  • Manage global scheduling through project management software on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with team leads to manage request pipeline and monitor team capacity
  • Responsible for tracking budget and helping with monthly reconciliation
  • Work alongside team to develop monthly reports for leadership and clients. Help to improve visuals and ease of use of reports.
  • Responsible for various administrative tasks such as queue tracker, deadlines, type of requests, etc.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (degree in marketing, communications, business or related)
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing and/or marketing program management roles.
  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication (English), presentation, problem solving and critical thinking to optimize client satisfaction
  • Aptitude for effective collaboration in a cross functional work environment; experiences working in teams across time zones
  • Natural ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment and motivation
  • Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability, especially Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Marketing program management or equivalent experience with proven multi-tasking, organizational and deadline-oriented skills; agency experience a plus.
  • Project Management experience should be working with Creative Agency.
  • Experience with developing marketing collateral in all delivery channels
  • Experience working with creatives and vendors (agencies, designers, writers)

Good to Have:

  • Experience in branding
  • Experience with workflow/asset management and production tools a plus (Workfront/Monday.com, etc)
