- Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for event and visual content
- Create, Lead and Present concept pitch materials.
- Compose and edit scripts, or provide writers with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
- Collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Collaborating with other team members including post team, prod team, and production crew to bring the scripts to life.
- Overseeing the post-production process, including editing and finalizing the videos.
- Directing video shoots and providing creative direction to the production team is a plus.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the final product meets their expectations.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in video or event production (typically 1-3 years).
- Experience with project management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with various stages of production, from pre-production to post-production.
- Knowledge of graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, to create and edit graphics for pitch presentations.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc).
- Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
- Understanding of sound recording and editing.
- Strong storytelling abilities and creativity in visual communication.
- Ability to develop and pitch concepts for new video projects.
- Skills in scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of creative professionals.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in both creative and technical aspects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.
- Resourcefulness in managing budgets and timelines.
