Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned Construction Project

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success

• Interact daily with the Contractors to identify their needs, immediate decisions, and requirements and represent the Project Manager in the field.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (site progress, approvals, program, etc.) and report regularly to the Project Manager on project status.

• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines

• Create a daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard report of the Construction progress

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support

• Review architectural and engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

• Processes progress billings and project-related accounting issues

• Strictly implement Health and Safety plan on site, issue non-compliances and fines in accordance with the Contract.

• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

• Supervise the work of contractors, etc. and give them guidance when needed.

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

• Monitor and record all material deliveries and manpower attendance on site

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• With 8-10 years of experience

• Strong experience in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
