We are looking for a Compliance Officer that ensures that the organization adheres to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review clinic operations to ensure compliance with DOH, DOLE, and DENR healthcare regulatory standards
- Address immediate compliance issues raised by clinic staff or management
- Conduct spot checks on clinics to monitor compliance with operational standards (hygiene, patient safety).
- Track changes in healthcare regulations and update operational policies as required
- Conduct internal audits of each clinic, documenting findings and follow-up actions
- Train clinic staff on compliance updates and healthcare protocols.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management, summarizing key findings and compliance status.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for potential compliance issues
- Support clinics during DOH and DOLE, DENR inspections, ensuring documentation and procedures are ready
- Document and file all compliance reports, audits, and risk assessments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or any related field
- Additional certifications in healthcare compliance are highly desirable (e.g., ISO certification expertise)
- ·Has at least minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, clinical compliance management, or related regulatory roles.
- Has prior experience working with DOH, DENR, DOLE, and other relevant healthcare regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
- Has proven track record of successfully managing clinic audits, regulatory reporting, and healthcare compliance risk assessments
