DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIIES:
- Directly reporting to the Communication Supervisor and General Manager.
- Drafting and preparing external and internal correspondences for the General Manager and other office staff, memorandum circulars, transmittal, and advisories
- Assists the Communication Supervisor in facilitating exchanges of external and internal correspondences through electronic mail
- Assists in the preparation of the monthly operations report, annual report, agenda, notices and minutes of the monthly board meeting and committee meeting, minutes of the general meeting and other meetings and corresponding PowerPoint presentations.
- Assists in handling the social media account of OCAI.
- Assist in coordinating and arranging the annual general meeting of the association as well as the association’s community affairs.
- Assists in layouting, drafting the content, and processing the production of Annual Report and other events backdrop.
- Attending, documenting, and taking photos of the events
- Attends to member’s queries and provide first-hand information through telephone, emails, and walk-ins.
- Assists in managing review and processing of applications, conducts pre-employment examinations of the security and contractual personnel.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and organize regular events/activities.
- Assists the Administrative Assistant in handling the activity clearance applicants .
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the General Manager and/or the Operations Head
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree major in Communication/Journalism/Creative Writing is a plus.
- Newly graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in performing the above function would be an advantage
- Above average proficiency in English both oral and written
- Adept in computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop)
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Regular work schedule Monday to Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM) Saturday (8:00AM-12:00PM)
