Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Client Services Manager to join our team! You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of client accounts, resolve issues, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requests, project updates, and services.
• Address and resolve client issues, providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to enhance partnerships.
• Prepare reports on client account performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in client services or account management handling healthcare account.
• Must have 4 years of RCM experience focused on hospital billing or physician-based RCM.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up
