Claims Handler - #101309

· Handling of Surveys, Claims, and Civil cases as assigned from time to time.

· Coordinating and monitoring with the local agents for the assigned vessel’s arrival to ensure timely dispatch of attending surveyor onboard

· Coordinating with the concerned parties for the Claims and Civil cases

· Coordinating with the surveyors for their dispatch to different ports including their appointment letters, cash advances, Cash Deposits, and flight bookings, and liquidation of cash advances

· Monitoring regularly with the surveyors on their survey reports for survey cases. Editing of survey reports before sending to the undersigned for review

· Assist in the operation of office management and organization’s procedures

· Perform other office tasks as may be assigned to you from time to time.
