Job Function
Promotes effortless customer experience, operational excellence and drive customer loyalty in accordance to the organization’s customer experience programs and standards which uses SM Values as the foundation
Responsibilities
Engage in Customer Focus responsibilities
Execute proficiently the counter related processes
Efficient on the use of POS machine and its supporting peripherals such as EFT, UVL, scanner, etc. to process sales transactions
Perform consistently the compliance of End of day activities
Qualification
Graduate of any 4-year; With or without work experience or Graduate of an associate course
(post high school non- college/ university degree program) or have reached college level and
must have at least 1 year of work experience in Counter operations - cashiering and/or checking functions.
