Qualifications:

  1. High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
  2. Strong English communication skills
  3. Flexible to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
  4. Must be ready to start immediately

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions within deadlines
  2. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, interactive communication
  3. Deliver accurate and complete information to customers
  4. Record and manage customer interactions and accounts efficiently
  5. Follow established communication guidelines and company policies
