Bookkeeper | Work-from-Home - #88295

We are looking for skilled Bookkeepers to maintain financial records, including but not limited to purchases, sales, receipts, invoices, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks.
• Oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, among others
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting
• 6 months of bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping software
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Can write and speak English well
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer that can run accounting software smoothly
• Able to work in US business hours
• Quickbooks or Xero experience is a plus

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

• Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
• Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
• 4GB RAM
• Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
• Headset for video calls
