Position Overview:

1. To process invoicing and accounts receivable.

2. To maintain account payables.

3. To carry out banking activities

4. To process payroll

5. To prepare monthly accounts

6. To complete compliance, reporting and clerical duties

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in similar role
  • Very good written and oral English communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Xero certified advisor
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working with global clients is a MUST
  • BPO experience
  • Xero certified
  • Experience with accounting software – Receipt Bank, Hubdoc
  • Experience with working remotely for offshore clients
  • Experience in managing multiple global clients is preferred
  • Place of residence should not be more than 3 hrs travel from Metro Manila
  • Should maintain and keep an internet speed of 10 mbps
