Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Maintain clear communication to address customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service.

Needed Qualifications:
You must have completed at least two years of college or graduated from a 2-year vocational program. TESDA courses do not count.
We want to hear from high school graduates with four years of customer-facing experience. We also want to hear from Senior High School graduates. They should have two years of customer-facing experience.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
