Position Title: B2B Telemarketer or B2B Outbound Sales Representative
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Part time: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Salary: Php 20,000.00 – Php 25,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A B2B TELEMARKETER OR B2B OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as a B2B Telemarketer or B2B Outbound Sales Representative would be:

• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell the product of the client
• Place phone calls to potential clients from the Client’s directory.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff.
• Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control.
• Persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in the system.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Qualifications a B2B Telemarketer or B2B Outbound Sales Representative:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional English communication skills, with a preference for a proficient blend of Australian and American accents.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing, with a focus of at least 2 years in the B2B sector.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Disciplined operator who can manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service ethic with a focus on building rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
• Prior experience in the loyalty program industry (preferred but not required).
