Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

As an Automotive Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the movement of vehicles and drivers to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of automotive parts.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

  • Communicating with managers, sales reps, and drivers

  • Monitor the dispatch board for local parts that need to be completed during the morning run, and invoice accordingly.

  • Review the RMA's new pickup assignment and reassignment of older pickups.

  • Create morning delivery routes and assign drivers.

  • Review all returns and ensure no items need to be re-delivered.

  • Receive LTL parts from UPS.

  • Schedule LTL trucks, generate BOLs, and input Pro numbers.

  • Invoicing all routes continuously throughout the day.

  • 1 PM Routes: manifest and load; coordinate with QC/Pullers to ensure loading by 1:15.

  • Evening Routes: manifest, load, and create tags as necessary

  • Load evening trucks - coordinate with QC/Pullers to meet loading timelines

  • Monitor Email by reviewing it every 30 minutes.

  • Return phone calls as needed.

  • Receive supplies in trucks (NBS, supply trucks, etc.) and ensure that all parts are taken to the proper staging areas.

  • Finalize UPS and invoices for all parts on every route.

  • Ensures adequate supply of invoice paper, regular paper, tags, and label slips; reports when low or needed.

  • Coordinate with the cashier to process credit cards/payments.

  • Organizes all documentation for routes and ensures that drivers and parts are equipped with all necessary paperwork, including RMA's, invoices, and work orders.

  • Managing orders for receiving and shipping, organizing and assigning delivery routes to drivers.

  • Maintain operational standards in the warehouse (daily and sustained housekeeping)

  • Reconciling shipment manifest

  • Electronic Management

  • Email Invoicing

  • Weekly Freight Report

  • Other ad hoc tasks required by the immediate head


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Call Center or as a Dispatcher
  • Experience in back office work and extensive data entry skills
  • Experience with an Auto parts Company is preferred but not required
