Job Title: Associate, Enablement Services Operations Team
Function: Strategy and Operations team RMS Skill Level: High
Sub Function: Strategy and Operations team RMS Operations (OPEX)
Reports to (Job Title): Assistant Director
The Associate will be required to work in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organisation by being a part of the GDS ES Strategy and Operations team RMS
Essential Functions of the Job:
Expertise in creating and managing dashboards and story boards using MS powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
- Collabrate with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving buisness goals
- Constantly monitor and report progress on mutlitple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders
- Support in creating and implementing Strategic Initatives
- Project Co-ordination responsibilites
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent MIS reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
Administration and organization
o Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint to create dashboards
o Able to prioritize effectively, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment
o Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities
o Ability to identify and flag potential risks to senior leadership. Work towards building and implementing mitigation plans
o Should have good working knowledge of developing VB-based macro
o Excellent Analytical and presentation skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Must be able to work with / influence wherever required people at all levels in the organization
o Good in Business acumen
o Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours (when required)
o Comfortable working on a number of activities concurrently
o Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly
o Proficiency preparing and reviewing MIS related dashboards and reports
o Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
o Should be a self-starter and has ability to take decisions independently
o Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (preferably a Certified Public Accountant), Finance and/or Business Management

- With at least 3-5 years experience in management reporting, budgeting and/or financial reporting

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT (May be required to work on a mid shift during training.
