Dive into the Role of Assistant Accountant

Be part of our client’s team as a stellar Assistant Accountant, supporting the shared services Finance team under the Group Financial Controller's guidance.

Employment type: Full time
Shift: Fixed day shift schedule – Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4 PM
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 45,000 to 60,000
Fuel Your Passion: List of Responsibilities

  • Update the group’s consolidated cashflow forecast model weekly, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Perform data entry, including invoice processing & matching received purchase orders to invoices.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier invoicing and payments.
  • Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
Elevate Your Credentials: Qualifications Needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a desire to learn new skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in handling large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Consistent ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
