About the role

As an Admission Officer at the Philippine School of Business Administration in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding prospective students through the admission process. What you'll be doing

  • Conducting informative campus tours and information sessions to showcase the school's facilities, programmes, and student life
  • Evaluating applications and transcripts to assess applicants' academic qualifications and fit for the school
  • Interviewing prospective students to understand their educational goals and interests
  • Providing guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission process
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with admission policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Representing the school at education fairs and other outreach events

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student services, admission, or a related role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant admission and student information software
  • Enthusiasm for working with students and a genuine passion for education
  • Knowledge of Philippine education system and admission requirements
