ADMISSION OFFICER

About the role

As an Admission Officer at the Philippine School of Business Administration in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding prospective students through the admission process. This full-time position will allow you to contribute to the growth and development of the institution by identifying and enrolling talented individuals who align with the school's academic mission and values.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting informative campus tours and information sessions to showcase the school's facilities, programmes, and student life
• Evaluating applications and transcripts to assess applicants' academic qualifications and fit for the school
• Interviewing prospective students to understand their educational goals and interests
• Providing guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission process
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with admission policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Representing the school at education fairs and other outreach events

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in student services, admission, or a related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant admission and student information software
• Enthusiasm for working with students and a genuine passion for education
• Knowledge of Philippine education system and admission requirements
