The City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) of the City Government of Baguio aims to have a faster but efficient way of conducting processes, functions, and services through an information system which commenced the development of Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The over-all functionalities of the system are developed to fit the specific requirements of the agency. The development of the system is also in accordance with the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2012 which requires local government units to participate in the implementation of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). Moreover, it is in pursuant to the mandate to implement the City’s Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP).
