Position: Administrative Officer - Finance and Operations

As an Administrative Officer specializing in Finance and Operations, your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of our organization by managing administrative tasks and overseeing financial processes. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of duties crucial for smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. Here's what you'll be doing:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management & Financial Coordination: You'll oversee day-to-day office operations while coordinating financial tasks such as preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (including 1601E, 1601C, 1702Q, 1702, 2550M, 2550Q, 1604CF, 1604E, etc.), and computing monthly remittances to government agencies like SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
  2. Documentation, Record-Keeping, and Compliance: You'll maintain and organize various documents ranging from administrative records to financial reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations and filing requirements.
  3. Scheduling, Communication & Correspondence: Efficient calendar management, scheduling, and handling of communication, both internal and external, will be part of your routine. This includes arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence.
  4. Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping: You'll be responsible for bookkeeping client transactions, filing monthly tax returns, and supporting documents, and preparing other government reports such as PEZA reportorial requirements and SEC filings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate of Accounting-related courses, preferably BS Accountancy.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end accounting processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, government remittances, and tax compliance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in audit, taxation, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in communication, professionalism, and integrity are essential.
