JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will provide administrative support while also being responsible for making calls and you will serve as the central point of contact for administrative tasks, coordinating various activities and gathering information vital to our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing, and making calls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call logs, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in data entry, report generation, and record keeping as required.
  • Coordinate and provide up-to-date reports to the higher-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Help HR/Recruitment from time-to-time.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 9 HOUR SHIFT in EDT, Monday - Friday + 1 hour break (Starting at 9pm Phil time)
