Help with facilities and office services function of the company under the admin team. Goal of the admin team is to provide the best workplace experience to the employees.

  • Help manage the different services that the company offers to its internal stakeholders and employees: free meals in the offices, staff house, clinic, employee transportation, etc.
  • Help manage the company drivers, messengers, EAs
  • Help manage other administrative tasks or support - help with visa processing, petty cash management and budgeting, etc.
  • Help manage construction, renovation, maintenance requirements of the offices (thru internal workers and external contractors)
  • Help handle processing of business / building permits and payments
  • Help manage staffhouse of company
  • Help manage reception, security guards, utility, janitorial services

Requirements

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or similar
  • At least 3 years if experience in any Administrative role
  • Ability to use Google Suite and MS Office such as Word, Excel and PPT
  • Liaise with management and staff regarding administrative matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
