An Overview of your Role

To support the branch head in soliciting new business and in the recruitment, development and management of agents. To manage and maintain existing accounts and efficient service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Servicing and Business Solicitation

-Maintain and strengthens relationship with existing accounts/new intermediaries and develops new business from prospective clients.

-Keeping track of the new market trends as basis for recommending potential product enhancement and strategies

-Developing and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

Collection Management

-Managing the receivables of accounts in terms of the company standards

A Bit About You

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course;
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Insurance Sales
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
