  • Develops, implements, and maintains general accounting system and controls, supervises, and participates in the review and analysis of accounting records
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial plans by analyzing and evaluating statistical and financial data and preparing budgets, projected patient levels, proposed staffing requirements, and projected operating costs.
  • Prepares Financial Reports
  • Prepares and publishes monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Statement of Revenue and Expenses, and Statement of Cash Flow
  • In-Charge of preparing special reports required by the Board of Directors
  • Plans, organizes, manages, integrates, and monitors the work of the finance department
  • Manage and direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of plans, policies, system, and procedures applicable to the department
  • Monitors cash position in banks and ensures that accounts are properly and sufficiently funded
  • Ensures that government obligations are well-funded before each due date
  • Maintains/verifies/summarizes cash fund for petty expenses and replenishes
  • Prepares Weekly Cash Forecast Report
  • To perform other related duties and do other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time
