Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures to reduce discrepancies and optimize stock handling.
• Track inventory movement, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials or products.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working closely with other departments to address root causes.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Manage inventory databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Inventory for warehouse.
• For fresh graduates, at least with knowledge in Inventory
• Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is a plus.
