Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a world-leading provider of industrial productivity solutions. Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic HR Supervisor with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in HR general functions. The office is based in Binan, Laguna from Mondays-Fridays, 8 am-5 pm.

Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and improvement of the recruitment process, compensation and benefits, and other HR administration in the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:
Recruitment:

  • Fill in vacant positions promptly by hiring candidates for the right position at the right time.
  • Utilize all available sourcing strategies like placing adverts in job ads, online job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, university linkage, and head hunter among others to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the manager of the requesting department/division.
  • Assist hiring managers during the interview process so they can select the most suitable candidate for the vacant position.
  • Administer Psychological Tests to qualified candidates, generate results, and forward them to HR Manager for final assessment.
  • Close coordination with 3rd party manpower providers to ensure the appropriate hiring process of contractual employees.
  • Timely enrolment to all benefits that are applicable upon hire like Personal Accident Insurance, Group Life Insurance among others.
  • Creation of ID numbers for contractual employees for ID and Insurance purposes.
  • Creation of HR Link, Concur, and New email access for new employees.
  • Preparation and Issuance of Company ID for newly hired employee.
  • Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements and fit-to-work clearance before the start date of the employee and file in the 201 record.

Orientation of New Employee:

  • Introduce new employee(s) to all ACPI employees per department/division.
  • To ensure that below company orientations using the following:
    • Welcome to the company video;
    • Company Employee Orientation;
    • Business Code Of Practice;
    • Circles
    • Safety Orientation;
    • Training on Communications;
    • Supply;
    • Credit & Collection;
    • IT Orientation;
    • ACBS Orientation;
    • 5S Orientation;
    • Product Training.


HR Administration:

  • Ensure that the updated Job Description is received and understood by the new employee.
  • Ensure timely execution of employment letters such as employment contracts, appointment letters, regularization, and movements among others.
  • Facilitate completion of the new hire orientation with the sign-off of both employees and respective facilitators.
  • Ensure that KPI (Key Performance Indicator), Mission, and Prokura are submitted by the reporting manager for new employees.
  • Creation of Purchase requests for HR requirements.
  • Ensure that all trainings are logged at the Phi Academy Database.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly Overtime Report based on agreed cut-off.
  • Processing of government requirements such as enrolment, update, loan, and resignation with Social Security System (SSS), Bureau of Internal Revenue, Home and Development Mutual Fund (Pagibig), and Philhealth (PHIC).


Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any degree.
  • Experience in end-to-end HR particularly in talent acquisition, training, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations to maintain industrial peace and HRIS management.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in HR from any industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to keep priorities, highly organized and strong planning ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with tenacity and an empathic manner.

Salary Range: PHP 45,000.00 - PHP 65,000.00 per month
